Custom software, built by the people who also run your IT

Web applications, business systems and websites — designed, built, hosted and supported in-house.

Most businesses reach a point where the off-the-shelf software stops fitting. There's a process running on a spreadsheet that three people email around, or a system that does eighty per cent of what's needed and nothing will make it do the rest.

That's the point where custom software earns its cost. We design, build and run it — and because we already manage IT infrastructure day to day, what we build is something we can host, secure, back up and support ourselves rather than handing over and walking away.

What we build

Business web applications — Systems that replace the spreadsheets and manual processes a business has outgrown. Job tracking, quoting, scheduling, compliance records, asset registers — built around how you actually work rather than how a software vendor assumed you would.

Custom CRM — Where the generic products don't fit the way you sell or deliver, a CRM built to your process, accessible from anywhere, integrated with the systems you already run.

Integrations — Getting systems that weren't designed to talk to each other to do so. Microsoft 365, accounting platforms, supplier feeds and line-of-business applications.

Websites — Straightforward, fast websites that showcase the business and are actually maintainable. This site is one of ours.

Work we've shipped

Monder — A multi-tenant client portal for businesses running Microsoft 365. Staff onboarding and offboarding, asset and device records, leave, org charts, document storage and software licence tracking, all in one place. It's in daily use by client businesses and is included with our managed IT service.

SuperTool — The platform Hardy IT runs on. It ties Microsoft Graph, backup reporting, billing and client records into a single system our technicians work from, replacing what would otherwise be four disconnected products.

How we work

We start with the process, not the software. The first conversation is about what actually happens now — who touches what, where it breaks, what gets re-keyed. Most of the value in a custom build comes from getting that part right.

We build in stages you can see. Working software in front of you early and often, rather than a long silence followed by a reveal. Requirements change once people use the thing; it's cheaper to find that out in week three than week thirty.

We stay after it ships. Software isn't finished when it goes live. Hosting, backups, security patching, changes as the business changes — that's ongoing, and it's the part agencies tend not to be around for.

Built on

.NET and Blazor, SQL Server, and Microsoft Azure — the same stack we support commercially, hosted in infrastructure we manage. Nothing exotic, nothing that leaves you dependent on a framework nobody else can pick up.

Why an MSP rather than an agency

An agency builds the thing and hands it over. Then it needs a server, a backup, a certificate renewal, an identity integration and someone to ring when a user can't log in — and none of that was ever their job.

We're a Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider that manages business IT every day. When something we built talks to your Microsoft 365 tenant, we already administer that tenant. When it needs hosting, we already run the infrastructure. And we're in Swansea, so we're still here in three years when it needs changing.
