Most small businesses don't need an IT department. They need someone who already knows their systems, answers the phone when something breaks, and quietly stops most of it breaking in the first place.
That's what a managed IT agreement covers. One monthly fee, one team who knows your environment, and no hourly invoice arriving every time a staff member has a problem.
If you're a home user or sole trader, computer repairs and home support is the better fit.
What's included
Monitoring and maintenance — Servers, workstations and network gear are monitored continuously. Patching, updates and health checks run on a schedule, so faults surface and get fixed before they interrupt anyone's work.
Unlimited end user support — Your staff raise an issue and get help, without anyone watching the clock.
Microsoft 365 management — We're a Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider, so your tenant, licences and mailboxes are managed by us directly rather than through a reseller portal you can't reach. Adding a staff member, changing a licence or recovering an account is a message to us, not a ticket with Microsoft. See Microsoft licensing for how that compares to buying direct.
Cyber security — Multi-factor authentication, endpoint protection, email filtering and regular review of your Microsoft 365 tenant configuration. More on our approach under cyber security.
Backup and recovery — Servers, workstations and Microsoft 365 data backed up and, more importantly, restore-tested. A backup nobody has ever restored from isn't a backup. See backup and disaster recovery.
Hardware and asset lifecycle — Procurement, build, warranty tracking and replacement planning, so machines get replaced on a schedule rather than at the worst possible moment.
Connectivity — Business internet and NBN supplied and supported by us. When the line drops you call us, not a carrier queue.
Servers and hosted systems — On-premise servers, Azure infrastructure and hosted line-of-business applications, including systems that need to be reached from more than one site. Managed, patched and backed up alongside everything else.
Your systems, visible to you
Every managed client gets Monder, our client portal, included at no extra cost. New starters and departures are requested through it, your staff and device records live in it, and you can see your Microsoft licences and what they cost without having to ask us. We built it ourselves — see software development.
How we work
We learn your environment before we quote steady state. Onboarding starts with a documented audit — what you're running, how it's configured, what's out of date and what's exposed to the internet. You get the findings either way.
We clear the backlog first. Most environments arrive carrying known problems. Those get resolved as part of onboarding rather than reappearing as surprise invoices.
We tell you what we did. Regular reporting on what was patched, what failed, what's ageing and what needs to be in next year's budget.
Why local matters here
We're in Swansea, and we've been doing this for around ten years on top of more than thirty years in the industry. When a site visit is needed it's someone who has been to your office before and knows what's in your comms cupboard — not whoever a national roster happens to send.
